ERAP Coverage

As an Emergency Response Assistance Canada (ERAC)  Plan Participant member and upon activation of your Emergency Response Assistance Plan (ERAP), our Remedial Measures Advisors (RMAs), Technical Advisors (TAs) and Response Teams will respond on your behalf to all LPG UN 1075 and UN 1010 dangerous goods incidents in quantities over 450 liters and greater. In addition, we respond to Flammable Liquids by rail only.

After initial activation by our Plan Participants through our 24/7 Emergency Call Centre (ECC), we provide advice within minutes and will have an RMA or TA to site within 6 hours and a Response Team to site within 12 hours (response times - Under normal conditions/circumstances).
